Duckly Scribbles: Doriana Cisternino's Duck Reflects Millennial Life

Doriana Cisternino, a graphic designer from Puglia with a degree in Digital Humanities, created Duckly Scribbles, an Instagram project featuring a yellow duck that humorously captures the contradictions of thirty-somethings. The duck, born from a tattoo impulse and inspired by a music playlist character, appears in scenes like doing yoga or opening the fridge at night. Cisternino, who never attended art school, draws from daily life, childhood memories, and social anxiety. She plans to expand the universe with new characters, a comic collection, prints, and gadgets, aiming to make illustration her full-time job.
