Dongguan MIXC VILLAGE Opens with PILLS Installations

On December 28, 2025, the MIXC VILLAGE, a luxury outlet project by China Resources Group, was officially opened in Dongguan’s new Binhaiwan district. Designed by PILLS Architects and led by Zigeng Wang, the project serves as a stunning focal point in the 'island' commercial area. Han Shuang curated the development, enhancing the space with innovative scenography. The team included project leader Canqi Mu and members Yuqing Ren, Manying Wang, Xingzhu Jiang, and others. Structural input came from Xiongdi Zhang and Sur-Mesure Engineering Studio, while Change Studio took care of the landscaping, and TS Lighting Design (Shanghai) Firm managed the lighting. They used materials like Dyneema and Vectran Base, with photography by Siming Wu and Bo Zhang.
