Diana Cepleanu's First Solo Show at Galeria Plan B

Berlin's Galeria Plan B is showcasing Diana Cepleanu's inaugural solo exhibition with the gallery, highlighting her paintings and drawings created from the 1990s to today. An excerpt from a dialogue with Daria Ghiu is part of the exhibition, where Cepleanu reflects on her nomadic approach to art, her tension between abstraction and figuration, and her influences from artists like Piero della Francesca, Giotto, Uccello, Watteau, and Vermeer. Cepleanu, born in Bucharest in 1957, studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bucharest and has shown her work globally, including at Lismore Castle Arts (2026), Union Pacific London (2025), and Alison Jacques London (2025). The opening reception is scheduled for Friday, 5 June, from 18.00 to 21.00.
