award · 2026-06-05

Dezeen Awards 2026, in partnership with Trimble, has closed for entries with over 4,300 submissions across 49 categories. Entries arrived from 91 countries across six continents, including the United States, Australia, China, India, Italy, Costa Rica, Kazakhstan, Nigeria, South Korea, and Thailand. Two-thirds of entries came from practices with 10 or fewer employees, highlighting the program's accessibility. The judging process begins with Regional Showcases selected by Dezeen's editors, published in early September. In August, 60 judges will shortlist five entries per project category, announced in late September. A master jury will convene in September to select 49 category winners and overall Project of the Year winners in architecture, interiors, and design. A public vote will run in early October, with winners announced later that month. The winners' party is scheduled for November 16 in London, where trophies and certificates will be awarded.
