Design Hotels Headquarters Relocates to AXIS Building in Berlin

Design Hotels has moved its headquarters to the top floor of AXIS, a new building on a former industrial site near Ostkreuz in Berlin. The 1,335 m² office, curated by Nina Vuga and designed by RHO, features five-meter ceilings and full-height glazing, offering views of Rummelsburger Bucht and the city. The space functions more like a loft than a traditional office, defined by natural light rather than walls. Key team members include Jannick Naumann, Nikita Marykov, and Lennart Zemke. Suppliers include Flos, Ligne Roset, and Vipp. The project was completed in 2025.
