Deodato Arte and Gibeon Partners Bring Contemporary Art Into Milan Residential Complexes
Deodato Arte has joined forces with Gibeon Partners to incorporate modern art into upcoming residential projects, enriching communal areas prior to residents' arrival. Their inaugural venture is located at Lodovico il Moro 59 in Milan's Navigli district, comprising 38 residences. An artist of international acclaim will be chosen to create an installation that resonates with the building and its surroundings. Previously, Deodato Arte has worked on initiatives such as Arte in Cantiere in 2024 with UpTown Milano and a digital showcase at The Medelan. This collaboration with Gibeon Partners seeks to align art with materials and services across various projects, utilizing art as a unique selling point in the housing sector while tackling conservation and maintenance issues.
