Della Chiara: artisanal upholstery and technology reshape the office in Tavullia
Established in 1960 by Igino Della Chiara in Tavullia, the firm began by assembling chairs before expanding into an artisanal upholstery workshop. It acts as a distributor for brands such as Unifor, Herman Miller, Framery, and USM, while also creating integrated solutions. Their craftsmanship encompasses seating, sofas, armchairs, and tailored accessories, merging traditional techniques with modern materials. The province of Pesaro e Urbino stands out as a center for innovative office furniture. In April 2023, SaloneSatellite showcased designs themed 'Maestria Artigiana + Innovazione'. Della Chiara updated its headquarters to form a multifunctional area for both work and living, hosting events focused on community and well-being, including discussions on Adriano Olivetti's social philosophy.
