Crosby Studios designs World Cup pop-up under New York's High Line
Crosby Studios has created a pop-up exhibition venue for the 2026 FIFA World Cup beneath New York's High Line, featuring a vibrant green carpet and large, illuminated orbs. Located at High Line 9 in Chelsea, this space introduces the cultural initiative Home of Football. The exhibition, curated by the French art group Air Afrique, showcases football artifacts from the Manzano Heritage Collection, including jerseys worn by Pelé in 1958 and Lionel Messi in 2006. Titled Home and Away, it delves into themes like movement and belonging. The interior comprises six sections with brushed metal displays and large screens.
