Corgan Unveils Updated Masterplan for Cleveland Hopkins International Airport

• Corgan released updated masterplan and renderings for Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE).
• The project is part of the Terminal Modernization Development Program, known as CLEvolution.
• The design team includes Paslay Group, Connico, DVA Architecture, Robert P. Madison International, McGuiness Unlimited, Regency Construction Services, Jacobs, Shook Construction, and CLE Connection Group.
• The redesign features a sawtooth roof and includes a new terminal headhouse, two new concourses with 20 gates each, a new garage, ground transportation center, and RTA station development.
• Two new concourses will replace the existing three concourses, which have a total of 46 gates.
• A rental car facility will return to the airport grounds for the first time since 1998.
• The first phase of construction began earlier this summer with the groundbreaking of Gold Lot, adding 1,600 parking spaces by late 2026 or early 2027.
• The new main terminal is planned for completion by 2032, with concourses to follow by 2040.
