Coca-Cola Launches Global Brand Refresh with Ribbon at Core

architecture-design · 2026-07-20

Coca-Cola has introduced a refreshed global brand identity to promote uniformity in over 200 markets. This update emphasizes the Coca-Cola ribbon, which debuted in 1969, enhancing its significance in digital platforms, retail spaces, equipment, and packaging. The Coca-Cola Zero Sugar variant features a striking black ribbon and caps. In conjunction with this visual overhaul, the company is launching an immersive Brand Center and a technologically advanced Design Intelligence tool to aid internal teams and agency collaborators in maintaining brand consistency. Collaborators on this initiative include The SUPERULTRARARE, JKR, Brody Associates, photographers Guy Aroch, Anna Palma, and Martin Wonnacott, along with Forpeople, Monks, and Adobe. The new branding will be implemented in Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Latin America.
