co.arch studio Renovates Two Early 20th-Century Apartments in Milan's Bovisa District
co.arch studio has completed the renovation of two small early 20th-century apartments in the Bovisa district of Milan, organized around a shared threshold that served as the project's conceptual starting point. The intervention treats this threshold as a spatial device that both separates and connects two distinct domestic identities, immediately expressed through contrasting chromatic atmospheres: earth red and matcha green. The project covers 100 m² and is dated 2026. Lead architects are Andrea Pezzoli, Giulia Urciuili and Alessandra Negri, with a design team comprising Gaia Uslenghi and Federica Leonardi. Photography was provided by Tiziano Ercoli, Riccardo Giancola and Francesca Iovene. Suppliers and brands used in the project include One to One object and Rabatto. The work falls under the categories of residential architecture, apartments and renovation, and was curated by Nina Vuga. The description was submitted by the project team.
