Chiquita Room Opens Brussels Branch with Laía Argüelles Folch and Pieter Laurens Mol Duo Show

On 10 September, the Chiquita Room in Barcelona inaugurated a new branch in Brussels, located at Galeries Le Bailli Louise, Avenue Louise 195. This gallery seeks to enhance the international visibility of its artists and promote cultural exchange between Belgium and Barcelona. The opening exhibition, titled "Once We Existed," showcases the works of Spanish artist Laía Argüelles Folch alongside Dutch artist Pieter Laurens Mol, reflecting on how time influences locations, objects, and language. Founder Laura González Palacios highlighted the goal of connecting the two cities and becoming part of Brussels' dynamic art community. The launch coincided with RendezVous – Brussels Art Week, and Chiquita Room will also feature in Art on Paper from 2 to 4 October, displaying Mol's early pieces related to artists' reputations.
