CGAC Hosts Course on Post-Photography: From Pixel to Algorithm
From October 1 to December 3, 2026, the CGAC in Santiago de Compostela will present the course titled 'La posfotografía. Del píxel al algoritmo,' instructed by Xaime Fandiño. This course examines post-photography as a transformation in image practices within the digital landscape, drawing on insights from Joan Fontcuberta. Scheduled for ten Thursdays from 19:00 to 20:30, the sessions will delve into subjects such as the transition from traditional photography to post-photography, the concept of visual superabundance, and the influence of AI on imagery.
