Castello di Rivoli Unveils New Exhibitions and Arte Povera Collection Rehang

exhibition · 2026-10-01

The Castello di Rivoli Museo d'Arte Contemporanea, located in Rivoli-Torino, has introduced a fresh exhibition series named Inserzioni, showcasing the works of Haris Epaminonda, Christelle Oyiri, and Sung Tieu, along with a reconfiguration of its Arte Povera Collection. Sung Tieu (born in Hai Duong, 1987) has recreated a corridor from her now-abandoned home in East Berlin, situated in a yellow-lit space where a section of the Castello's ceiling fell in the 1970s. Tieu is set to represent Germany at the Venice Biennale in 2026. Haris Epaminonda (born in Nicosia, 1980) incorporates sand-toned surfaces and items in the Sala di Bacco e Arianna, while Christelle Oyiri (born in Nogent-sur-Marne, 1992) features a film focused on Memphis. This exhibition is open until 28 February 2027.
