CasaLuna by Anarquitectura: A Coastal Home in Las Terrenas
CasaLuna, a residential project by the firm Anarquitectura, is located on a 2,650 m² coastal plot in Playa Bonita, Las Terrenas, Dominican Republic. The 650 m² house is organized around a central axis on the ground floor, with two perimeter volumes articulated by an interior patio. This layout promotes cross-ventilation, natural light, and visual continuity toward the Atlantic Ocean. The project is led by architects Ronny Nunez and Felix Adames, with design team member Julie Peña. Interior design is by P109 Interiores, landscape architecture by MMAP and Verde Olivo, and construction by Anarquitectura. The project year is 2026. Photographs are by Ivana Rodriguez Duluc.
