architecture-design · 2026-07-10

Situated on the coastal fringe of Punta Hueso in Chile's Coquimbo Region, Casa TG spans 387 m² and was completed in 2023, crafted by LOTE STUDIO. The design emphasizes minimal disruption to the landscape, ensuring the preservation of local vegetation while seamlessly blending it into the home. The project was led by architects Juan Pablo Gutierrez and Ignacio Ferreira, in partnership with general contractor G1. Utilizing materials from WoodArch and Cutek, the house integrates the surrounding flora as a core element of its architecture. The work is captured in photographs by Antonia Mardones Nally and was curated by Valentina Díaz.
