Casa Sejaca: G+A Architect's Red Brick Home on a Green Hill
Completed in 2025, Casa Sejaca is a 90 m² residential house designed by G+A Architect and built entirely from red brick and concrete. The project, curated by Nina Vuga, rises on a green hill and was photographed by Mrinë Godanca. Its clean cubic form reflects a modern, minimalist aesthetic, while decorative perforations across the facades generate interplay of light and natural ventilation. Arber Sadiki and Gezim Sadiku served as lead architects, with engineering and consulting contributions from Lugina Bau. The house falls under the categories of residential architecture and houses. The design team describes the material palette as giving the structure a strong architectural character and a natural connection to the surrounding landscape.
