Casa PR21 by Alventosa Morell Arquitectes: A Seaside Residence in Badalona

Casa PR21, designed by Alventosa Morell Arquitectes, is a residential project located on a narrow plot between party walls in Badalona, Spain. The house, which spans four levels plus an accessible terrace, occupies the full width of the site and is oriented towards the sea. It was designed for a family of three, organizing daily life through a sequence of spaces where structure, light, and voids shape the interior experience. The use of clear materials and white surfaces allows natural light to penetrate from facade to facade, making light the primary articulating element of the project. The architecture covers an area of 253 square meters and is slated for completion in 2026. The project team includes collaborating architects Pàmies Arquitectura, lead architect Néstor Morro, technical architect Iñaki Gonzalez, and construction by Lluis Bros. The comfort demand analysis was conducted by Sociedad Orgánica, and furniture was provided by MINIM. Photographs were taken by José Hevia.
