Casa PB16: ESPECIE arquitectura Renovates Home in Murcia

ESPECIE arquitectura, led by Joaquín García Vicente and Tatiana Poggi, has completed Casa PB16, an expansion and renovation project of a residence in Las Torres de Cotillas, a town on the outskirts of Murcia, Spain. The project, covering 156 square meters, is slated for completion in 2026. The design team includes civil engineer Manuel Olivares, structural engineers Gabinete CYD, and MEP engineers Sigue la línea. Photographs of the project were taken by David Frutos. Casa PB16 is part of a residential development and showcases the firm's approach to integrating modern living spaces within existing structures.
