Finished in 2023, Casa NB01 is a 470 m² residential project designed by TNT Architecture in Ninh Binh, Vietnam. The site, previously cluttered with various alterations, now sits adjacent to a national highway and the North-South railway, which brings challenges like noise, dust, and visual clutter. The design team includes Phạm Như Tâm, Lương Thị Hồng Nhung, and Tô Thị Bích Hà, with Bùi Quang Tiến and Hoàng Phương Nam as the lead architects. Additional contributions came from Aura Lighting for lighting design, Cảnh quan Zions for landscape architecture, and various consultants, including Bắc Tezzaro and others. The project was overseen by Miwa Negoro and captured in photographs by Trieu Chien.
