Casa JA: Ayoub Architects' Terraced Green Platform in Amman

Ayoub Architects has completed Casa JA, a 2,037-square-meter residence in southern Amman, Jordan. The design responds to the site's steep topography and preserved oak trees along the perimeter, creating a terraced green platform that extends the landscape into the architecture. The house offers uninterrupted panoramic views of one of the city's largest public parks. The project was led by principal architect Ramiz Ayoub, with design architect Samir Hallak, technical team member Yanal Hamshari, interior designer Claude Missir, landscape architect Lara Zuriekat, and general contractor Engineering Values Contracting. Structural engineering was handled by Odeh Design Bureau, and MEP engineering by Active Engineering Consultant. The project was curated by Miwa Negoro and completed in 2025.
