architecture-design · 2026-07-17

The Casa Hotelito, a 270 m² residential renovation in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, was completed in 2025 by architecture firm FIVE OH FIVE. The original building, designed in the 1930s by architect Domingo Pisaca y Burgada, blends modernism and eclecticism. It is part of a group of ten villas known as 'hotelitos,' which contributed to the neighborhood's designation as a Bien de Interés Cultural (Historic Site) in the Los Hoteles–Pino de Oro district. The project team includes lead architects María León Ferreiro and Eduardo López Solórzano, with general contractor Ramiten Servicios, electrical engineering by Carlos Hernandez Pinto, and services by Selecta. Photographs were taken by Silvia Gil-Roldán.
