Casa Gardenias, a 210 m² residence in Naucalpan de Juárez, Mexico, reconfigures remnants of a prior structure lacking heritage value but substantial enough for reuse. Designed by Vrtical, led by Luis Beltrán del Río and Andrew Sosa, with Vanesa Quiroz on the design team, the project is curated by Valentina Díaz. Construction is slated for 2026.
