Casa Faye by Alhumaidhi Architects in Caracas

Designed by Alhumaidhi Architects and curated by Miwa Negoro, Casa Faye is a private urban residence in Caracas, Venezuela, completed in 2025. The 1,601 m² house sits on a corner plot, where generous setback regulations allowed for an expansive private garden that serves as the architectural focal point. The ground floor is an open-plan volume with kitchen, dining, and living areas arranged along a continuous axis, extending outward via floor-to-ceiling sliding glass panels. These operable glazed walls dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior, anchoring the spatial experience in natural light, vegetation, and air. The project was photographed by Nelson Garrido.
