Casa Daia Bungalows by UNA Barbara e Valentim in Ceará
Located on the west coast of Ceará, Brazil, four modular timber bungalows crafted by UNA Barbara e Valentim showcase the possibility of merging high-quality architecture with industrialized construction in a delicate ecological zone. The project, overseen by Susanna Moreira, spans 360 m² and was finalized in 2025. The lead architects, Fernanda Barbara and Fabio Valentim, collaborated with a team that included Breno Sá Leitão, Rodrigo Carvalho, Camila Ungaro, Luís Cunha, and Mariana Nunes. Structural engineering was provided by CROSSLAM, while Abaeté Construtora e Incorporadora handled construction, and MNMA Studio took care of the interior design.
