Casa China by Jorgelina Tortorici & Asociados in Bella Vista
Casa China, designed by Jorgelina Tortorici & Asociados, is a 445 m² house in Bella Vista, Argentina, completed in 2025. The project is curated by Valentina Díaz and led by architects Jorgelina Tortorici and Nicolás Lanza, with a team including Magalí Gigena, Macarena Fulle, Sofía Vivacqua, Matías Gallardo, and Melisa Rodríguez. Landscape architecture was handled by Cecilia Grant. The house is conceived as a sequence of paths that structure spatial experience and define how it is inhabited. A primary access ramp, understood as an architectural promenade, proposes a slow and gradual approach where architecture reveals itself progressively. In parallel, a more direct entrance associated with car arrival accommodates daily use, establishing a duality between the domestic and the ritual. Photographs by Nicole Arcuschin.
