Casa Boavista 664 by Terra Arquitectos in Amarante

Terra Arquitectos has completed Casa Boavista 664, a 350 m² single-family house in Amarante, Portugal. Led by architect Joao Vieira, the project team includes Tânia Magalhães, Inês Silva, Beatriz Teixeira, Bruno Castro, and Luis Silva. The house is set on a natural slope, opening onto the surrounding landscape. The design prioritizes horizontality, minimizing volumetric impact and blending with the topography. Suppliers include Tarkett, Caixiporto, and Indelague, with civil engineering by EngWork and lighting by Indelague. The project was completed in 2025.
