Casa Arbo Residential Building by Perkins&Will in São Paulo

Casa Arbo, a residential building designed by Perkins&Will São Paulo, is set for completion in 2026 in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood of São Paulo that preserves the city's residential tradition. The 6,070 m² project aims to offer spatial quality, comfort, and connection with nature typically associated with a house, without sacrificing urban living advantages. The building embodies a contemporary vision where architecture, landscape, and city function as inseparable parts of the same experience. The leadership team includes Fernando Vidal, Giovanni Campari, and Fátima Oliveira; the design team comprises Fernando Afonso, Guilherme Ramalho, Gabriel Freitas, Erika Dernovsek, and Claudia Lessa.
