Casa Alva: A Riverside Residence by Felipe Caboclo Arquitetura in Minas Gerais

Felipe Caboclo Arquitetura has completed Casa Alva, a 1023 m² residential project on the banks of the Represa de Marimbondo in Minas Gerais, Brazil. Completed in 2024, the house was designed with a careful reading of the natural terrain, making the landscape the primary guiding element of the architecture. Stretching along a 75-meter frontage, the residence organizes its spaces to prioritize views of the water, establishing a constant relationship between interior and exterior. The project team includes Isabella Iotti, Gustavo Perdigão, Bianca Monti (coordination), and Oswaldo Passano (technical team), with engineering and consulting by JR Enesto Arquitetura.
