Casa AC: Kiko Castello Branco Arquitetura + Lucas Cunha Design Poolside Pavilion in Porto Feliz

A 209 m² pavilion named Casa AC has been completed in Porto Feliz, in the interior of São Paulo state, by Kiko Castello Branco Arquitetura and Lucas Cunha. The project, finished in 2024, consists of an annex to an existing house and includes a living area with an integrated kitchen, a large dining table, and a living room. On the ground floor, a guest suite designed for visitors with reduced mobility and a dressing room supporting the existing pool are also part of the program. The architects in charge were Kiko Castello Branco and Lucas Cunha. The project team comprised Júlia Brückmann and Ana Paula Gomes. General construction was handled by Construtora M Gomes. Structural engineering was provided by WXYZ Engenharia, with services by Arquimedes Costa Projeto Estrutural, and other consulting by AF Projetos. Suppliers included Florense, Alwitra, Granitorre, and InvestWood - Viroc. Carolina Lacaz photographed the project. The project was curated by Susanna Moreira and published on ArchDaily. The design responds to the need for a flexible social space that integrates with the existing residence and pool area, while accommodating guests with accessibility requirements.
