Carla Ridge House by Montalba Architects Opens in Beverly Hills

Montalba Architects has completed the Carla Ridge House, a 7,000-square-foot single-story residence in Beverly Hills, California, in 2023. The project was curated by Susanna Moreira and photographed by Kevin Scott. The home overlooks the hillside, valley, and expanding city, blending interior and exterior spaces through several courtyards that provide environmental reprieve. The design team included lighting designer Sean O'Connor, landscape designer Stephen Billings, structural and civil engineer Labib + Funk Associates, MEP engineer Sullivan Partnership, energy consultant Solargy, Inc., and waterproofing specialist Roofing & Waterproofing Forensics.
