California Baptist University showcases architecture projects including Eduardo Chillida-inspired museum

California Baptist University's College of Architecture, Visual Arts and Design has presented a school show featuring student projects, including an architecture museum inspired by Spanish sculptor Eduardo Chillida. The museum, designed by Kenneth Morales, uses parametric critical regionalism and synthesizes classical arches with modernist transparency. Other projects include a church for communities recovering from loss by Asher Raquiza, Alzheimer's care centres by Jose Orlando Estenoz Martiz and Nikolas Kaiser, a recreation centre for CalTech by Collin Zwart, and a dance studio called The Pulp by ShaRena B. Steeple. The show highlights the programme's focus on design for the public good, rooted in Christian faith tradition, and emphasizes analytical, data-driven approaches to architecture. The accelerated five-year accredited Master of Architecture degree is offered in the Inland Empire area of Southern California.
