Cafe Charmant: Catch Hospitality Group's French Brasserie Opens in West Village with Rockwell Group Interiors

Cafe Charmant, a coastal French brasserie, has been launched by Catch Hospitality Group at 340 Bleecker St, New York, NY 10014. The interior, designed by Rockwell Group, showcases a champagne palette complemented by oxblood-red details and classic brasserie features. This 70-seat venue boasts a neon sign and windows draped in curtains. Chef Jake Tyler Brodsky, previously with Eleven Madison Park, presents creative brasserie offerings such as spicy moules gratin and a 30oz côte de boeuf. Caribbean flavors are incorporated in dishes like Curry Duck Pastel. Cocktails are curated by beverage director Lucas Robinson and wine director Emily Buse, while Chocolate Mousse Service is among the desserts. Within a month, stars like Paul McCartney and Tom Holland have visited, and the menu is updated seasonally.
