Bugatti Unveils 60-Storey Miami River Skyscraper, Its First US Branded Residence

architecture-design · 2026-09-21

Bugatti is set to construct Bugatti Residences Miami, a 60-story tower along the Miami River in Brickell. This marks the luxury brand's inaugural residential venture in the United States, featuring designs by Brandon Haw Architecture and interiors by Yabu Pushelberg. Developed in collaboration with Prosper Group and Versluys Group, the building will comprise 183 apartments and four penthouses. Its design draws inspiration from Miami's architectural style and the sleek forms of supercars, echoing Bugatti's C line from the 1930s. This announcement follows Bugatti's first residential skyscraper planned for Dubai in 2023. The Brickell area is rapidly evolving, with other car-branded towers from Porsche, Bentley, Mercedes-Benz, and Aston Martin, alongside significant projects by Foster + Partners and Dolce & Gabbana.
