BTS and British Museum collaborate on Arirang art trail in London

The British Museum has teamed up with K-pop sensation BTS to launch an art trail associated with the band's world tour, Arirang, which made its debut in London last week. Situated in the Korea Foundation Gallery, this trail features five artifacts curated by Sang-ah Kim that relate to the traditional Korean folk song Arirang. Among the highlighted items are a white porcelain moon jar and artifacts from the Silla Kingdom (57 BC–935 AD), including the Bell of King Seongdeok, which inspired one of BTS's tracks. This initiative also acts as a sneak peek for the museum's significant exhibition, "Korea," scheduled from 1 October 2026 to 31 January 2027, displaying 2,000 years of Korean art.
