Breathe Lodge: A Quebec Retreat by Jérôme Lapierre Architecte

Jérôme Lapierre Architecte has completed Breathe Lodge, a 232 m² residential project in Stanstead, Quebec, Canada. Located in the Cantons-de-l'Est region, the house is designed as a family retreat from urban life, fostering a connection with nature. The irregular floor plan creates an architectural promenade echoing the winding site access. Volumetric extrusions and shifts integrate the building between lake and forest. The project was completed in 2025, with photography by Maxime Brouillet. The architects in charge were Jérôme Lapierre and Vincent Foster.
