Blind Alley Projects Resumes with Jeff McMillan: Second Glance
Blind Alley Projects, located in Fort Worth, Texas, is set to restart its public programming with the exhibition titled Jeff McMillan: Second Glance. This event will kick off with a meet-the-artist gathering on Saturday, September 12, from 5 to 8 p.m. The exhibition showcases paintings that have adorned the gallery's exterior for almost two years, which McMillan has meticulously cleaned, flattened, and affixed to the wall. Founded by Terri Thornton and Cam Schoepp in 2020 and designed by Anderson Anderson Architecture, Blind Alley Projects initially opened with Liminal Space, a series of canceled MFA thesis shows. This relaunch pays tribute to Thornton’s vision following her passing in 2024, in collaboration with Amy and Patrick Kelly. The exhibition will remain on display until Saturday, November 7.
