Billard Leece Partnership Designs Children's Hospital Westmead

So, there’s this new Children’s Hospital being built at Westmead, and it’s designed by Billard Leece Partnership for Health Infrastructure and the Sydney Children's Hospitals Network. This massive 57,000 square meter facility aims to wrap up by 2026 and is the biggest investment in kids' health in New South Wales in 25 years. Along with the Sydney Children's Hospital at Randwick and the Minderoo Children’s Comprehensive Cancer Centre, which is set to open in late 2025, they’re creating a united network of hospitals. Each one will have its unique focus based on the community's needs. The project includes landscape architect McGregor Coxall, builder RobertsCo, and several engineering firms, with Tom Roe handling the photography.
