BIG, Snøhetta, RSHP Unveil Major Projects; Bukhara Biennial Names Artistic Director

This week in architecture, BIG revealed designs for a STEM-focused university campus in Bentonville, Arkansas, on the former Walmart headquarters site. Snøhetta unveiled a 65-meter tower for Rohde & Schwarz's Munich campus, featuring a sine wave-inspired form. RSHP presented the Dubai Peninsula, a mixed-use waterfront development with six pavilions and two residential towers. PAU, HNTB, and HOK released plans for Penn Station's redevelopment in New York. Heatherwick Studio and SPPARC completed the first phase of London's Olympia transformation. Kulapat Yantrasast was appointed Artistic Director of the 2027 Bukhara Biennial in Uzbekistan, running September 3 to November 21, 2027.
