Ben Tuna Transforms Burned LA Fire Porsches into Stained Glass Art
Stained glass artist Ben Tuna of Glass Cowboy Studio rescued five burned-out Porsches from the January 2025 LA fires and transformed them into artworks using salvaged stained glass from 15 decommissioned churches. The series, titled 'Resurrection,' was displayed during LA Art Week with interior lighting to make the glass glow. Tuna took over the family business from his father Mark Tuna in 2021.
