Belvedere 21 Launches Collective Radical Crafting for Feminist Futures Forever
On February 25, 2027, from 18:00 to 20:30, the Belvedere 21 in Vienna will host the seventh session of 'Community Outreach: Collective Radical Crafting', a participatory project tied to the exhibition 'Feminist Futures Forever' (November 5, 2026 – March 7, 2027). The event invites a queer-feminist public to collectively occupy the museum's spaces through handcraft techniques such as crocheting and knitting, while engaging in dialogue. Materials like wool, yarns, crochet hooks, knitting needles, knitting spools, and instructions are provided. Prior knowledge of the techniques is beneficial but not required. The project is part of the museum's outreach efforts, fostering community engagement and feminist discourse. The venue is Arsenalstraße 1, 1030 Wien. The event is free of charge.
