Belfountain House by UUfie: A Topographical Promenade in Ontario
Completed in 2025, Belfountain House is a residential project spanning 240 m², crafted by UUfie in Belfountain, Ontario. Nestled within the steep, forested landscape of the Niagara Escarpment, the design emerges as a flowing architectural journey influenced by the terrain, movement, and family dynamics. The lead architects for this endeavor were Irene Gardpoit and Eiri Ota. Key collaborators included general contractor North Arrow Limited, structural engineers Moses Structural Engineers, and mechanical consultants Hayward Consulting & Design.
