Bastidas Architecture transforms former print shop into Mediterranean home

Bastidas Architecture has completed the renovation of a former print shop in Artà, Mallorca, converting it into a contemporary family home. The 700 m² project, finished in 2025, preserves the industrial heritage of the building while redefining its relationship with light and Mediterranean living. The principal architect is Gerard Bastidas, with interior design by Angel Martin Studio and general contracting by Lluis Nebot. Photographs by Neus Pastor document the transformation.
