Balzar Arquitectos, a studio located in Valencia, has finalized the Alfinach Development, which consists of three individual homes on a 600 sqm plot in Valencia, Spain. Finished in 2025 for a private developer, this project approaches industrialized construction as a precise discipline rather than a mere shortcut, addressing repetition as an architectural challenge. The three houses communicate a unified design language focused on precision, proportion, and continuity, steering clear of direct repetition. Curved forms adapt to the site's orientation and environmental factors, while the interiors emphasize simplicity and balance. The architectural design was developed in tandem with structural logic to maintain coherence, demonstrating that industrialization can foster unity rather than uniformity, with light and material continuity enhancing the overall ambiance.
