Baltimore Museum of Art Announces Fall 2026 Exhibitions, From Jerrell Gibbs to Senegalese Tapestry
The Baltimore Museum of Art (BMA) has revealed its exhibition lineup for fall 2026. Kicking off on September 16, 'Jerrell Gibbs: Come home with me' showcases 35 new works by Jerrell Gibbs. Following this, 'Flashback: Two Centuries of Baltimore Photography' opens on October 4, featuring over 200 photographs, including pieces by A. Aubrey Bodine, and will be available until February 21, 2027. 'Woven Monuments: Tapestry and Identity in Senegal' will debut on October 25 and continue until March 7, 2027. On November 8, 'Diedrick Brackens: lights at the end of the world' will open. Early closures include 'Fratino and Matisse' until September 6 and 'Matisse and Martinique' until October 25. Spencer Finch's 'Moon Dust (Apollo 17)' is accessible until December 31, 2031.
