B-Neshat Villa: A 120-Square-Meter Retreat Near Shiraz
Chenin Studio, led by Mohamad Moazeni, has completed the B-Neshat Villa in 2022. Located 20 kilometers southeast of Shiraz within the Neshat Gardens complex, the 120-square-meter house offers an alternative perspective on urban middle-class living, villa typology, and associated economic and executive challenges. The design team includes Mohamad Moazeni, Melika Khorshidian, Hasti Bozorgzade, Saba Asiaban, and Amir Jabbari. The project was curated by Miwa Negoro and photographed by Arash Akhtaran.
