Atelier HA Transforms Saint-Cloud Garage into Space-Age Family Apartment
Atelier HA, established by Adèle Nourry and Hugo Vince, has transformed a repurposed garage in Saint-Cloud, Paris, for a returning client with a family of four. The renovation improves a challenging layout by introducing a dedicated office space and better separation between the bedrooms. The design showcases rounded, Space Age-inspired features, such as silver leaf cabinetry crafted by Antonin Lamoot and warm golden vinyl Élitis wallcovering in an interior that reaches 6.5 meters in height. The mezzanine office is equipped with a glossy burgundy desk and a red bookshelf. On the main level, a kitchen island reminiscent of a spaceship, a metallic fireplace, and an oversized lipstick tube sculpture stand out. Vintage pieces include a 1970s Confidential sofa and Ettore Sottsass lamps, all aimed at fostering an appreciation for design history in future generations.
