Atelier cnS Renovates Yongping Warehouses in Dali for 2025 Completion

Atelier cnS plans to finish renovating the Yongping Warehouses in Dali, located in the Nanhai District, by 2025. HAN Shuang is overseeing this project, which aims to transform the abandoned structures along the Huadi River into lively public areas, revitalizing this old industrial site in the Pearl River Delta. These warehouses, historically significant for regional river trade, sit on prime waterfront land. The architectural work spans 4,311 square meters and is led by Zhiyuan Zhu, Gang Song, and Guanqiu Zhong. Hairui Lin heads a diverse team, including Ziqi Zhang and others, while structural engineering is handled by Shengyi Architectural Design Studio, with Siming Wu documenting the project's progress. This initiative aims to improve public spaces in Dali, promoting a more vibrant community.
