ATA - Atelier Tiago Antero and ENTRETEMPOS Complete 1,400 m² Residential Building in Portugal
A 1,400 m² residential project by ATA - Atelier Tiago Antero and ENTRETEMPOS fills a gap in an existing street grid, with completion slated for 2026. The building follows the heights, alignments and compositional principles of its neighbors, sitting flush with the street line to match the road's dominant morphology before terminating in a set-back top floor. That recessed upper level secures continuity to the north while easing the volumetric transition to the south. Tiago Antero and Vitor Preto Fernandes served as responsible architects, with Abilio Silva, Maria Rodrigues and Stefano Morini credited as collaborators. ENTRETEMPOS also acted as contractor. Structural work was handled by STUCCO, electrical, ITED, SCIE and elevator systems by SPSEBIM, hydraulics by Luisa Miguel, and thermal and ventilation systems by GET. Ivo Tavares Studio photographed the scheme, which falls under the residential architecture and apartments category. Susanna Moreira curated the presentation. The project description was submitted by the design team.
