AsNow Design & Construct Completes 400 m² Companion Villa in 2025

AsNow Design & Construct has completed Companion Villa, a 400 m² residential project dated 2025. The Tehran-based studio describes the house as a response to the pressures of density, scale and neighbourhood context while retaining a minimalist modernist language. Sonia Tatari and Ehsan Tavasoli served as principal architects. The design team comprised Farid Rajabi, Masoome Samadi and Nila Shahmohammadi, with Bahman Zare and Mehdi Mehravaran on the technical side. Mohammad Hosein Hamzehlouei photographed the finished building. The project was submitted to ArchDaily's Spanish-language edition, which published it under the Casas category with Miwa Negoro credited as curator of the presentation. The scheme's stated aim is to reconcile a compact residential footprint with the scale of its surrounding neighbourhood, a balance the architects frame as central to the brief rather than incidental.
